TERMS OF DELIVERY

General

Reload Vending Oy Ab, Business ID: 3307565-8, address: Kaikukatu 4B, 00540 Helsinki; sells products to businesses and individuals of legal age within the EU area. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and to similar deliveries.

These terms of delivery are effective as of 24.4.2026. We reserve the right to change these terms unilaterally from time to time; please review our terms of delivery in advance each time you order products from our online store.

Products and Prices

The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with each product description. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs; please check the relevant prices in the shopping cart before accepting the order. Product prices include both Pantti and Taxes, which will be specified in the shopping cart and the order confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Any shipping costs charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g., weight, packaging) and the selected delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are applicable) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.

Ordering and Contract

You can order products on our online store's website by moving them to the shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents of the shopping cart through the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and committed to our terms of delivery currently in force. You understand that your order, once accepted and confirmed by us, is binding and creates a contract between us governed by these terms of delivery (except as later mentioned regarding the right of withdrawal).

Payment and Payment Methods

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available for selection in the shopping cart.

Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email; please provide your email address when placing the order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used. If, for some unexpected reason, we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Delivery Method

We will deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you select during the ordering process.

Delivery Time

Our most common delivery times are 5-10 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More specific times are indicated in connection with the product options.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel the order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods, or, in the case of regular delivery of goods, after receiving the first batch of goods.

The notice of withdrawal must be made clearly, for example via our email address below, or by a written notice provided with the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are in their original packaging, unused, and well-packed for return shipment.

If the contract is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after making the notice of withdrawal to our Return Address mentioned below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the deadline, for example, with a return receipt. The returner must pay the costs arising from the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.

 

When returning a delivered order, please include your name and contact information, as well as your account number for the refund. We will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Inspection of Shipment, Defects, and Problem Situations

Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport, or if it otherwise does not correspond to your order or is defective, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days so we can agree on how to rectify the error. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory defect liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding defects.

Limitation of Liability

Reload Vending Oy Ab is not liable for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery, or product, or caused by any of the aforementioned, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has otherwise determined for the damage in question.

Disputes

We aim to resolve any disputes concerning your order primarily through agreement; therefore, please contact our Customer Service in the first instance to settle the matter.

If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
